First off a big thank-you to all the volunteers with the City of Waterfalls group for the past waterfall illuminations in Red on Red Friday and other memorial illuminations in memory of our fallen.
This was a test illumination of the mighty websters falls last night, if weather holds up, then she may be lit up on Remembrance Day evening.
