We have a citizen reaching out they work at Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park and in the park there was a table that had a picture of a soldier that was killed in Afghanistan. This table was vandalized and picture was taken. We would really like to replace the picture but have no way to track down who it was. We assume it was a local family that did this but no way to know Forsure.
