Excellent news Canada!!!! WE were just offered the services of one of the Countries most respected people that supports our military and their families, to establish protocols for all future volunteers with our organization and race team!!!! This should help us tremendously!!!! And actually I think its also time that this organization stand on its own 2 feet now, so the philanthropist that has been funding it from its inception to now will no longer do so, this will ensure that that no other scam artists can target him, but now they will have to deal with a board of directors instead!! Some of the people we come across and get involved with really leave me in a spot scratching my head as to their thought process. Okay Canada, now sit down before you read this and make sure there is nothing within reach that you can throw at the wall…. We just received an invoice for over $ 5,000.00 from a team member of Johnathan Schwemler Racecars …this person apparently thinks they deserve to be paid for their time spent with the team…. I kid you not Canada…. An entirely volunteer organization and somebody wants to make money on the backs of our fallen heroes. Oh but wait it gets better though, the scam is getting bigger by the hour, new stories are being made up about other agreements that don’t exist as well!!! As someone whom is in the Justice system for the past 30 years, I am shocked by the amount of scam artists that I have come across especially on the racing end of operations of Canadian Heroes.

Well today 7 years ago we lost a good friend comrade and soldier Cpl David Braun was taken from us by a suicide bomber just days after arriving on tour for TF3-06 A Coy 2PPCLI our soldiers worked so hard to save him but the damage was to great they never gave up. Good day to all of our loyal followers I would like to thank everyone for the well wishes you sent as I was admitted for emergency back surgery last sat. The procedure went well and the prognosis very well. It looks like I will be admitted to the spinal rehab centre in Hamilton for re training of the. Deficiencies I incurred from the. Disc compression. They estimate roughly two weeks then back home. And gradually back to work .

This couldn’t have been achieved without the amazing work of our doctors and nurses at Hamilton General. And my spirits would not have been kept up without amazing family and friends support including you amazing Canadians who sent positive thoughts. As you gear up to support our memorial Race this sat for Sgt Shawn Eades. I will be there in spirit get your red on and cheer Kevin and the 45 crew on to the checker flag. With a safe and honourable race. And to all involved in making this an important evening for Bev our Silver Cross mother of Shawn.
