Guy Parent whom is our Veterans Ombudsman in Canada has been hosting town hall meetings across Canada for all Veterans, RCMP members and families, and we are trying to help out in getting the public aware of these meetings.
These town halls should be packed to overflowing, I have seen lots of empty seats at them and with all the issues and complaints we have been getting over the years, here is your chance to tell the ombudsman directly your concerns in person or over social media.
He wants to hear from you, we should all participate and express our thoughts and feelings, we can only hope all concerns are taken in the context they are shared and that the ombudsman will listen, evaluate and act or suggest the changes to be made.
The next town hall is in the Ottawa area, on March 21, 2017 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 632, 800 Taylor Creek Blvd.,Orleans Ont, from 19:00 to 20:30hrs EDT.
