We received word tonight from the Kurdish Community informing us of a second Canadian volunteer that has died fighting Isis.
Nazzareno Antonio Tassone was killed along with 4 others in Syria on the evening of December 21st.
We will be visiting with the family tomorrow to express our condolences on behalf of all Canadians.

Had a nice visit with the family today and brought messages of condolence from all Canadians to them.
As we did with John Gallagher, and how the whole process unfolded with his passing, we talked with officials overseas that will help bring their sons body home, and explained how it happened and hope the same will this time as well.
