A SONG FOR OUR ARMED FORCES THAT ROCKS!
On November 11.2009, Canadian Heroes the single will be launched. Over 80% of Canadian troops are under the age of 40, but do they have a rock song let alone a song to commemorate the veterans, the deployed, the training and the fallen? This cd changes that.
Eight Juno Award winning Canadian musicians including Brian Melo, Tom Wilson, Jeff Madden, Skip Prokop, Dan Clancy, Ian Thomas and so many more have put together a song for our Armed Forces that rocks, with all funds going to a charity that will help our Canadian soldiers.
Canadian Soldiers risk their lives everyday for our freedom. As the lyrics from the single say,
“ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT FREEDOM’S NEVER FREE,
SO PLEASE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS AND KEEP OUR TRUE NORTH STRONG AND FREE.”
After such amazing, strong and powerful lyrics comes the climax, the St. Michael’s Choir which included 72 little professionals, singing their hearts out to honour Canadian Soldiers.
